If you are not available at the time of delivery, the couriers can leave your parcels with a neighbour. We do not allow leaving the parcel at a depot or pick-up point due to past fraudulent behaviour. Courier companies may have different rules when delivering parcels, please refer to their policies.
Please note that in certain circumstances, a parcel may be returned if the provided address was incorrect or if courier instructions were not followed and no effort was made to inform the courier of the situation. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline a refund for the shipping costs incurred.
Returns
North Sea Workwear takes back any goods with a manufacturing fault. To return goods, please contact us. For goods with no faults the customer must arrange payment for the return postage.
