Deliveries
North Sea Workwear typically despatches all orders ON THE SAME WORKING DAY. (Yes, since we sell from stock, 97% of our orders received by 1pm are despatched that same working day).
UK deliveries usually take 1-3 working days to arrive.
Howeve delivery times can vary depending on the destination, may have delivery times up to 6 working days.
On the rare occasion that we can’t fill your order immediately, we’ll contact you and tell you the lead time.

UK delivery typically costs £5.99 (incl. VAT).
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the couriers can leave the parcels with the neighbours or leave your parcel in a secure location. However, courier companies may have different rules when delivering parcels, please use the tracking details provided.
Returns
North Sea Workwear takes back any goods with a genuine manufacturing fault. The manufacturing fault must be identified clearly please, and the goods returned within 6 weeks.
If the product is not faulty and order accuracy is not the cause of the return, the return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
All Non-Faulty goods must be returned, unworn and in original packaging. Any footwear that is worn or abused, or any product with damaged packaging (e.g. stickers/tape/writing) will be regarded as not credit worthy, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to uplift any such item.
North Sea Workwear reserves the right to charge a £7.50 restocking fee.
The original shipping is non refundable. For your protection please use a carrier with delivery confirmation and insurance, we will not be responsible for items lost during return shipping that do not have proof of delivery.
As a seller, we are not responsible and we are not offering/covering any additional compensations.
