We hold 5,000 Poloshirts in stock at any one time - so we can despatch them same day to you.
Poloshirt material content: cotton vs polyester:
100% cotton feels the best: like the Wenaas Falk 100% cotton navy polos.
However, most people choose a blend of mostly cotton with upto 30% polyester - to make it a polycotton polo. The polycotton polo 1) holds its shape, 2) is more colour fast 3) Is longer wearing than a 100% cotton polo shirt. A popular Polycotton is the Caterpillar 30:70% Polycotton polo shirt in nvay or black.
100% Polyester polos give the best lightweight performance and do not soak up moisture, such as the Caterpillar Performance Polo which is 100% polyester poloshirt.
We also sell Polyviscose Poloshirts - which are highly breathable - such as the Dickies Sh21220 mid grey.
Most polo shirt material weighs about 200gsm, like the best selling, Uneek UC109, which is available in about 9 colours, and is 50% cotton, 50% polyester.
Need a long sleeve Poloshirt that will insulate you, yet wick away the moisture/sweat? This Wenaas polo jersey has a soft terry cotton interior which draws your excess moisture away and uses the external polyester to wick it away. Very clever!
Many people ask us to add their logo by heat seal or embroidery; we do both, in house. Just email us the jpeg of your logo: this will add about 5 days to your delivery, but then you'll have a really smart looking set of poloshirts with your own or company logo on them.
