Lined with Dymacut5, a lightweight high strength oriented-strand gel spun through a spinneret, the base material being high performance polyethylene (HPPE).
The strength to weight ratio’s for Dymacut5 is up to 15 times higher than steel and about 40% higher than Aramid.
Dymacut5 is also 15 times more resistant to abrasion than carbon steel.

EN388 Resistance to Abrasion Level 4The protection factor is indicated on a scale from 1 to 5 depending on how many revolutions are required to make a hole in the material. The higher the number, the better the glove.
EN388 Cut Protection Level 5Based on the number of cycles required to cut through the sample at a constant speed. The protection factor is then indicated on a scale from 1 to 5.
EN388 Tear Resistance Level 4Based on the amount of force required to tear the sample glove. The protection factor is then indicated on a scale from 1 to 5.
EN388 Puncture Resistance Level 3Based on the amount of force required to pierce the sample glove with a standard sized point. The protection factor is then indicated on a scale from 1 to 5.
