Roots RO13310 - Arcbuster FR Coverall 450gsm
The Roots Arcbuster welding overall is made from 100% cotton, treated with FR Pyrovatex.
The RO13310 has a weave so thick and tight - just as a moleskin would - that welding sparks and molten splatter just ‘bounce off the fabric' .
This allows it to meet the new EN ISO 11611 welding standard to class 2 - the highest welding standard.
It also meets EN 11612 FR standard as well as the EN 1149 Antistatic standard.
So, these welding overalls are well proven, technical and neatly designed. As FR overalls they are used widely by fabricators, grinders and welders.

EN 11611 Welding, Grinding ProtectionEN ISO 11611 Compliant. This garment protects you from splatter, radiant heat, molten droplets, flame spread associated with welding. The level of protection depends on whether the certification is Class 1 (Basic) or Class 2 (More hazardous).
EN1149 Antistatic \ Electrostatic ProtectionProtective clothing with antistatic characteristics, protects against sudden discharges of electrostatic energy. Used where is a risk that static sparks may ignite inflammable substances.
EN ISO 11612:2008 Flame RetardantEN ISO 11612:2008 compliant. This protects you against heat and flame. Successor of EN 531:1995.
EN 61482-1-2:2009 Arc ProtectionEN ISO 61482: 2009 compliant. This gives you electric arc protection, Class 1 (4kA) or Class 2 (7kA).
